The Kaizen Champion of the Year award honors individuals who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in their respective fields.
Nomination Process
KEY NOTES
Kaizen’s must be approved through the “Kaizen Committee” prior to implementation or no credit will be given for the kaizen.
Kaizens that are submitted as a result of an incident or risk assessment activity will not be approved.
Kaizens submitted after September 30th will not count towards annual evaluations
There is no limit to the number of kaizen ideas that can be submitted by either a team or an individual.
Each form must be filled out completely with name and date.
